Necessary Modifications
It is observed that some people are using the comments facility in the wrong way. If some one has to give any comment than he/she should have the courage to publish his/her comments with his/her name. Now it is informed to all visitors that all comments will be filtered and only the comments having sender's name will be published. All the comments "without name" or having "unrecognized name" or "Anonymous" will not appear on the webpage.

Explaination:
Ha ha ha ha. Either some one wants to keep the secrete his/her comments or his/her name? If we allow the people to send comments without name, it may leeds to the negative disscussion. Anyone can send negative comments without name. I think that everyone should have the courage to mention his/her name and should bear the responsibility of his/her comments.
