The CR has succeeded in obataing the list of defaulters from previous CR. The list contains the names of those people who have not paid for the photo copies of the previous semester. They have enjoyed the previous semester without paying for photo copies of the notes.
Here are the names of these defaulters. This list is provided by the CR. The proper time was given these defaulters to pay their remaining amount, but they have not took the notice of the warning. Thus these names are published for the whole class to take the suitable action against such defauleters.

The CR has demanded the record of the previous semester money from X-CR, that is why he has given the list of defaulters.
I think there should be an action commette for accountibility of the CR and to recover the money form deafaulters.
